Case Study: The Longest Group | At Properties – Video Ads

Overview:
The Longest Group | At Properties, a real estate firm, partnered with us to produce engaging video ads for Hulu, YouTube, and online promotion. Their primary goal was brand exposure and building recognition with potential clients.

Objective:
Create a series of videos that showcase the team’s expertise while humanizing the brand, helping to build the know, like, trust factor with their audience. The content needed to perform across multiple digital platforms and ad formats.

Approach:
Featured the firm’s two owners as the faces of the brand, highlighting both their professional work and personal life. We filmed over 2 days, capturing dynamic content to engage viewers while keeping production efficient. We produced 7 videos, each with 30-second, 15-second, and 6-second versions for platform-specific use. We then delivered the final videos 3 weeks later, ready for digital campaigns.

Results:
Achieved 5/5 ratings in all four client feedback categories: Quality, Schedule, Cost, and Willing to Refer.

The ads successfully increased brand exposure and strengthened audience connection by showing the team behind the company.
